I'm an actor, physical theatre artist, dramaturg, teaching artist and avid believer

in the creative magic of caring deeply, collaboration & community.

I was brought up in a world ravaged by social, economic, and political structures

that exploit, extract, and disconnect us from one another. I became a dramaturg out of desire to understand how these structures influence every story we tell. I believe theatremaking is one of the most powerful tools we have to reconnect in a world that desperately needs us connected.

​Every day I recommit to theatremaking, I do so motivated by the fervent belief that the stories we tell can move humans to treat ourselves, one another, and the earth with healing, regenerative care.​​​​
